34 Degrees is the latitude of Sydney, Australia, where company founder, Craig Lieberman, originally discovered his passion for ultra thin crisps that perfectly complement other foods.  He returned home to the US and launched a new brand, 34 Degrees, in 2003. Made in Colorado from just a handful of natural ingredients, 34° Crisps add just the right amount of flavor and crunch to the world’s favorite cheeses, dips and spreads. Available in five savory and four sweet flavors: Natural, Sesame, Cracked Pepper, Rosemary, Whole Grain, Caramel, Chocolate, Cinnamon and Graham. At retail stores nationwide.

Keen One was derived from a class project in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Keen One founder Christopher Algea, being the typical financially constrained college student, was tired of eating non-nutritious ramen noodle concoctions. He wondered if quinoa might be used in such a quick and delicious way. After talking it over with his teammates, everyone was convinced that this was a great idea to develop. Keen One was soon agreed upon as a fitting name for the new quinoa product.

Rush creates wholesome, all-natural products that promote inner well-being while tasting more like sinful indulgences. Their tireless devotion to honest ingredients and pure energy allows them to serve you only the most unadulterated and delectable products. Some have called it an obsession but they like to think of it as their passion.

National Eco Wholesale (NEW), Inc., is a brand management company focused exclusively on promoting natural and sustainable products.  NEW products are healthy solutions for the air, water, pets and people within your home, for the community and environment outside of it. As a leader in corporate responsibility, NEW wants their products to make a difference, from their development through to their production, purchase, use, and disposal.

In 1969, a group of passionate young entrepreneurs founded Celestial Seasonings upon the belief that their flavorful, all-natural herbal teas could help people live healthier lives. They harvested fresh herbs from the Rocky Mountains by hand, and then dried, blended and packaged them in hand-sewn muslin bags to be sold at local health food stores. By staying committed to their vision, the founders of Celestial Seasonings turned their cottage industry into an almost overnight success. Today, Celestial Seasonings is the largest specialty tea manufacturer in North America, serving more than 1.6 billion cups of tea every year.

EcoProducts is a green company who creates disposable products.  Sustainable disposables sound like an oxymoron, but we live in a consumer culture where disposable products are ubiquitous. And they aren’t going away anytime soon. We see this as an incredible opportunity to help change the world—and more importantly, each of the local communities we serve—by making sustainable disposable products that shift an industry.

Steve Demos founded White Wave, Inc. in September 1977 as a sole proprietorship, located in very small (300 square foot) rented quarters at 1738 Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado. The front one-third of the shop was used for a retail deli and the back two-thirds for food production. Now, WhiteWave Foods Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dean Foods. This company was established in 2004 when Dean Foods consolidated Horizon Organic, White Wave, Inc. and much of its Dean National Branded Group into one consumer packaged goods organization.

Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy was founded in Boulder, Colorado in 2000. For nearly two years, a small staff worked out of the back room of Pharmaca’s first store in Boulder’s Ideal Market Shopping Center, growing this new concept from the ground up. Before long, Pharmaca’s integrative approach was changing the way people thought about going to the pharmacy. Customers came to discover new treatment options, develop relationships with our practitioners and appreciate the free cup of warm tea offered when they dropped off a prescription.

Justin’s Nut Butter produces the most delicious nut butters, peanut butter cups and candy bars on the planet. Justin’s products are not only delicious; they’re made with the highest quality, and most healthful ingredients found as locally and sustainable as possible.

Boulder Soup Works handcrafts fresh, organic soup that is naturally gluten-free with vegan, vegetarian & dairy-free varieties.  They combine hand-cut vegetables with fragrant herbs and custom bases, just like you would if you had time to make soup at home. They make it by hand and keep it fresh until served.  “Soup to Live By!”

EVOL  Foods is changing the way the world thinks about frozen food. Philip Anson, chief operating officer, chef and founder, is very choosy about what goes into his burritos, wraps, snacks, entrees, flatbreads and pizzas: antibiotic-free chicken, pork, beef and chorizo sausage; artisan hand-tossed dough; cage-free eggs; traditionally made tortillas; herb-roasted skin-on potatoes; house-made green chilé and salsas; and numerous local and organic ingredients. There’s a lot to LOVE about EVOL.
